Just popped into the store for a chat about the links in my boss watch, super helpful, fitted a new strap which made the watch look loads better on my opinion and changed the battery at an extremely good price. I won't go anywhere else now. Fantastic service and friendly to boot

Each time I received them back I was astounded, they had been cleaned and polished and looked beautiful. All the staff at Xibit Jewellery are so friendly and very helpful. Great experience from start to finish, my fiancé brought me an anklet for Christmas from here and I needed some links taken out they did this there and then and whilst I was there picked a charm to be soldered on and they managed to do this very promptly as I made them aware I needed it for my holiday. Very impressed and will be returning in future!
