Absolutely brill service ! Popped in upset and frustrated after braking my clasp on my gold chain , he instantly did everything he could & offered to replace the clasp same day service ! For an amazing price. Also left my ring to have a new dimond put in. Thankyou so much !

I'm afraid I have been very disappointed with the customer service or lack of it. Since December I have been in touch in person or via the phone regarding a item I was told they possibly had at another branch. In the end I gave up and went elsewhere. A simple phone call to say I'm sorry we can't source the item for you would have been nice and not wasted my time.
Had my engagement ring fixed here after I had to have it cut off at a fire station during the pandemic. I was so impressed with the service and friendly staff I went back and had one of the prongs fixed a while later , neither fixes were visible.
Excellent service. Needed a large wedding ring resizing. Not only was it done well for a low price, but the ring was polished up too. And then on the spot we were able to get another ring adjusted and polished up to make a nice set of 3.
