   Fantastic ladies, good interpersonal skills, jolly, knowledgeable and so professional too. I bought two ID chains for family member in need! Patient, great good value, commend this lady I think she is called Sharon was with another lady too, name escapes me dark haired. Good old Mansfield Hip pip Hoorah for Warren James Jewellers, Sharon and colleague, Sharon in the photo?!

   Spent hundreds of pounds in here over the years. Went in as my backs keep falling off my earrings and they are tiny so can only get them from here at £6 a time. Replaced 3 times now. Lady was very rude, accused me of not putting the backs on properly saying there was nothing wrong with them, even though she never had a look at them. Basically said what do u expect from a 30 pound pair of earrings. Very very rude. Prob won't go in again now. Not helpful and horrible atmosphere

   Went in to buy an item today, no one else in the shop but me, two female staff members stood chatting away, asked if I could view an item in the window, both looked at me and huffed and rolled their eyes...sorry for making you do your job ladies and interrupting your conversation.. ...rude and needless to say I didn't purchase the item and went to F Hind instead...

   Outrageous Asked to look at an item to potentially but and was told I had to pay 100% deposit to look at it?! What??? Nice to see how they feel about their potential customers. The item was £695 who is going to pay that and then have to wait 3days etc before they get their money back if they DONT but it! Come on Warren James, you need to do better! Went across to F. Hinds and they let me handle everything and see it without a deposit!

   Customer service 0 points! Rude and unhelpful, fair enough, didnt expect a refund,but the offer of a replacement would have been acceptable, one earring from an earring and necklace set was clearly faulty, the sales assistant tried blaming me! I know you pay for what you get, but this set wasn't particularly cheap, oh well, live and learn, never to return!
