   I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. Overall 10/10 shopping experience.

   Friendly staff, high quality garments. On the higher end for price, but they only sell stuff that's in great condition and often have rare brands/designers. They also have decent sales frequently, which helps! They have a good range of jeans, and could (finally) find some that fit me well and we're in really good nick. Good accessories too, like gloves, belts and bow ties!

   A comfortable shopping experience. The staff are very welcoming. Jazz was really helpful, friendly and encouraging. She found me some great jeans that fit me and I got a free shirt! Will definitely be returning!

   I’ve been shopping at glass onion for about 3-4 years now and I’m always amazed at the stock they have, whenever I go in I always spend so much time just looking at everything and trying things on The staff are absolutely brilliant and always accommodating, whenever I have any questions, if I want to try something on or even when I see something on the mannequin and I ask to try it on, they always are so lovely When me and my partner went today (it was a very miserable day with the rain) I had the pleasure of talking to Jazz (like the music as she said) and she was absolutely brilliant, she was so lovely and when we asked to see more hats she went above and beyond and let us look through a bag of hats for about 15 minutes until we found the right ones. Even at checkout she engaged in a conversation and just overall made the shopping experience x10 better! I appreciate all the staff who work here, I love you glass onion staff

   Seems like a lovely shop and the staff are nice, but I wouldn't recommend visiting if you're a person of colour or are disabled unless you're prepared to overhear racist and ableist comments from other customers

   Been numerous times, a good selection of vintage/second hand clothes at a very reasonable price point compared to other vintage shops/online sites. Staff are super friendly and creates a nice chill atmosphere when having a look around

   A-MAZING! All the staff were super friendly and allowed us to shop with our puppy and didn't bat an eyelid when he p*ssed on their lovely shop floor Kate helped both myself and my wonderful girlfriend pick out items for herself. A real special mention to her as my girlfriend has been trying for what felt like an eternity to get a new pair of jeans, and Kate was basically her own personal shopper. She also me some banging ralph, adidas, and champion pieces. I wish I hadn't lost the receipt with the other girls names on as they also did a banging job. And after ALL of this they still refused a tip.... amazing shop, amazing staff EDIT: I found the receipt; review refers to: Kate, Jazz and Evie!! Thank you for such and amazing experience - 100% coming back when we're next in Sheff - if i could give 6 stars I would!! Cy & Melody

   Amazing vintage store. Had some lovely pieces inside and nice displays. They have a large range of stock. Some items can seems a little pricey but overall a healthy price. They advertise student discount at 15% with the student beans app. Staff were friendly. Has changing rooms.
