   I'm really disappointed it's not wheelchair accessible. Was visiting a friend and wanted to have a little look but couldn't even make it to look because there's nowhere to fit my wheelchair between the rails/tables. Very disappointing considering they advertise diversity.

   11/10/2024, 3PM. I came in and got myself 20 postcards with few keychains and badges for family and friends but the experience I had here was not like how everyone else commented on the review. The person who was in charged at the cashier was not welcoming and not friendly. She wrapped my stuffs and while wrapping it the paper got damaged so I requested another one and she gave it to me without saying sorry or not even a smile while she was busy talking to another colleague. Either she is not having a good day or it isnt my lucky day. But I hope whoever comes here won’t experience this kind of service cause I love UoS SU!

   The staff here are very friendly and helpful, had a nice experience shopping here. I made an order online a few days ago, but managed to get them within 3 days, while constantly kept up-to-date about the status of my order! Their return service is also absolutely amazing, just keep the tags on and bring it to the store, no question asked and the refund was processed immediately!

   This is an amazing university shop. The staff are really kind and helpful. Whenever I go to collect my orders they are always smiling and up for a chat. This makes my day sometimes. Could not recommended more for customer service or product quality. I highly recommend the zip hoodies and Sheffield mugs.

   Went to the store for the 1st time as a new postgrad. Lady at the counter was nice and I got a good deal on my merch. Keeps me super warm not needing a jacket. Totally worth the price. A bright color will be a good next addition.

The staff were really friendly, and even though I'd actually turned up early to collect, they were still able to give me the hoodie! The hoodie itself is really nice quality as well :)

   Have ordered quite a few items from here and I have always been pleased with the quality and design of their merch. Their t-shirts always wash well and some of mine are over 3 years old and still in great shape. The store staff are always friendly and super helpful. :)
