“Went in to the Meadowhall store today(18/12/24) & was greeted by an extremely pleasant member of staff. Immediately she met my needs & was very efficient, She was so helpful & informative & answered all my questions about a pair of Ugg boots. She was also extremely patient with me because I was undecided. I left the shop to have a think about the boots. I decided to return to the shop & make my purchase. I headed straight to the lovely member of staff who I dealt with before & she remembered me straight away & what I wanted to purchase. The girl who served me was called Kira. She is an asset to this company. Thank you Kira. I also had a brief conversation with Maddie at the till, who was also very pleasant.”

The cleaning lady noticed it and she got other helps, got her nice cold water and got a chair out for her. Other staffs also came and made sure she was ok. “I came here with my partner for an early gender scan, booking process was so easy, I made a mistake and they were fast to change it for me, upon arrival, the inside is beautifully decorated with lots of photo and previews of what’s to come and what they offer. They was instantly welcoming, asking if we’re excited, how my partner was feeling and what we were hoping for After a very short wait we went into a private room for the gender scan, it was surreal seeing how much the baby had grown. The sonographer was very nice and talked us through the process whilst showing us our baby in detail. They warned us to close our eyes so we didn’t see the gender too! Once they had discovered the gender we was able to see our baby for a little longer and even see our baby in 4D. After this we were able to sit through and take out time to select which photos we wanted to take back to our families. We even paid for a video of the whole scan! They were very helpful in showing us the differences of the gender reveal items. We went with two confetti cannons. 2 for £15 I believe. They were definitely worth it! So thank you very much for taking care of us and our beautiful baby boy!”

“Had my first fitting at Run Forest - Run Shop last week I was so impressed! Such a positive experience. I was given a full debrief - information was taken about running history, injuries and running goals. I did some running about in the shop and on treadmill and Mike noticed issues with my current shoes and certain biomechanical blips. He got me to try out several pairs and landed on Merrell Agility 5 for trail and On Eclipse for road I wanted to wait until I’d tried out both before reviewing and can’t quite believe it. I’ve never been able to put on a trail shoe and do a long run right off the bat. 16 easy miles bashed out no problem, no blisters or rubbing, and I could run the hills easily (without heavy flat shoes weighing me down!), shaving 30s off my long run average pace. The Ons were light and springy and what was meant to be a recovery pace ended up being faster than normal because they just propelled me along! I’ll definitely be back for when these wear out. Mike really knows his shoes, so knowledgeable and ended up going with the first shoes he got me to try. Jess also gave me advice on some other kit. Such friendly and helpful people! I’m so happy, thank you so much Mike and Jess! Highly highly recommend!”
