    Did not have to wait look at the cash desk. Friendly staff. Found what I wanted straight away. Useful that there are changing rooms. Great selection of styles and sizes.

    Not very good service. Spent time trying on a dress which had been marked half price along with the other dresses of the same design. When I got to the till they said that the offer no longer applied and that the stickers had been left on accidentally. I know they’re not obliged to sell for a price shown on an incorrect label but most shops including any retail stores I’ve ever worked at offer the price indicated as a gesture of goodwill to avoid wasting customer time so I would have expected at least a 10% gesture or something. The server also took guidance from another lady who looked to be some sort of manager who I would have thought would have had a better understanding of the β€˜bigger picture’ in trying to keep local custom. They also didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help and they didn’t have many sizes in store and some of the items seemed to also have defects (missing buttons etc).

    I found the male manager quite insulting, after taking a dress back that had actually shrunk in the wash, he made me feel like I had gained weight

    Very rigid about returns. Bought on line tried to return to the local shop. But only. Allowed 14 days from the date of order not the date received. Which took 4 days very akward as I was going away on holiday. The staff were very unhelpful. Will definitely not use this company again. Plus the sizes were really small

    Went In to pick up click and collect arrived promptly. Nice top, had 20% off. Very pleased.

    Love this shop for its fashion. Think prices have shot up, but quality hasn't.. all same I do like their range. I am in wheel chair, extremely hard to get round shop. And because of this I think I miss quite a lot off clothes that i could buy
