I bought a Honor phon from them and the phone was unusable, kept turning itself off.. I took it back with receipt the next day and they told me there was nothing wrong with it and it was me who didn't know how to use it!! I'm disabled and was due back in hospital the next day and needed a phone to contact my children.. Thanks for nothing Asda.. I won't be shopping there ever again.

Ive been getting pizza from here for years, usually a couple per week. The last time I went in it was a new person who was making it, an older lady. I dont know what she did to my pizza but I could not eat it, it was that disgusting. It looked like she put the toppings on with a catapult. She seemed very rude in the way she spoke to me. I will not be getting a pizza from here again.

I am so sick of coming to Asda superstore @ Handsworth S13 and the changing rooms being closed. I needed to try on 4 different tops today a the changing rooms were closed. When I asked I was told by a male assistant that they close them when a sale is on!! What use is that. I was told to purchase them all and bring back what I don’t want. I found a young lady working in that section and asked her if there was anywhere I could try the tops on. Mirrors are in the back wall she said. I explained I had nothing under my top so where could I try them on privately. There is a quiet corner over there. So you think it’s ok for me to stand in the corner in my underwear? I asked for the manager who was equally in helpful. I asked can I not try them On in the baby change room? No you will have to buy them all and return what you don’t want. He finished up with a hand full Of clothes. I like George clothing. It is the only store of any kind I know that closes their changing room. Disgusting.

Great staffs! I always find that the staffs here are nice, but today was on a different level! My daughter wasn't feeling well today in the toilet. The cleaning lady noticed it and she got other helps, got her nice cold water and got a chair out for her. Other staffs also came and made sure she was ok. Thank you very much all who helped her, especially the cleaning lady!!

Good sized shop, everything you need is stocked here but timing of key to getting it. Avoid busy times as as you likely to find bare shelves!! Other that that get there early and you’ll find most things

Over crowded, removed 90% of manned till checkouts. Limited availability on most products . I am guessing the UK is entering a rationing phase . Parking and access are very good , but you have to ask yourself ..WHY ? American owner , shareholder interest at heart - shoppers beware

This is an updated review Jan 20/ 2023 Unfortunately despite the pandemic calming now and rules and restrictions eased this place has deteriorated even more . The small woman with the dark hair in a Bob and glasses At the news / lottery counter is as miserable as ever … she even had the cheek to groan out loud when she was wiping the pin pads and I stood at the counter to be served as I had clearly disturbed her efforts to try and look busy! ( this was earlier this week) However today because staff on the checkout are rude ( with the exception of a couple of nice staff) we have decided to use the scan and go soI don’t have to endure their offensive attitudes. However today we were selected for a quality check in the scan and go and three member of staff tried to avoid going this job and we’re clearly having it out between themselves as to who would perform the task ….. errrrrr hello customer service you rude ignorant people! What’s wrong with you? A young Asian girl doing a personal shop rammed her trolly / cart into me and. A young Asian guy on the dairy section did a similar thing with his cage this is not the first time either blooming eck the prices are bad enough without the rude arrogant staff it’s absolutely disgusting!

Was shocked with state of aisles this morning pallets and stock everywhere on floor! cardboard and plastic all over. Lots of extra staff everywhere but no-one seemed to be cleaning up and making it safe for customer's to shop was an accident waiting to happen! Never seen it like this before. Lady on check out lovely as always.

Shocking experience. Unhinged intimidating delivery driver asking in appropriate questions of a child and then drove off at irrational speed beeping the horn the entire way down the street with the blind corner! Terrified that he’d come back next time I’ve had my older son answer the door ever since. When reported I heard nothing, even after three more calls. It was only on the fourth call I found out that I was speaking with the call centre in the Philippines. This is the number given when you search Asda complaints. Instead I rang Handsworth direct and got Tracy who was rude, arrogant, spoke over me, implied I was lying and not at any point did she apologise for myself and my children feeling intimidated by a stranger in our own home. Might seem dramatic but that is the short of it. After Tracy putting the phone down on me I went straight to the store and spoke to Jason said they knew nothing about the complaint I made over a month ago now and is now “trying to find out” who the driver is. I will update this review as things progress. Should it not be dealt with appropriately I will be logging it with the police as I’ll have no choice.

Just came back from Asda and had the best service but didn’t manage to get the helpers name! I got a microwave at £49 but after I had taken it she had priced it up but managed to find me and let me know, she made sure that customer service knew and that I wouldn’t get overpriced! Amazing service & thank you!
