“Great staffs! I always find that the staffs here are nice, but today was on a different level! My daughter wasn't feeling well today in the toilet. The cleaning lady noticed it and she got other helps, got her nice cold water and got a chair out for her. Other staffs also came and made sure she was ok. “I would like to relay a message to Suzanne at Asda in Retford today . My elderly mother was doing a large shop and when she got to the tills they were soo busy . Suzanne took my mother to the self service trolley tills , scanned her shop, packed her bags, wheeled the trolley to her car , loaded the car , returned the trolley and gave her back the trolley token ! You were so kind Suzanne and you went far above the call of duty. You are a credit to Asda and my Mother wanted me to express and display your sheer kindness . A big thank you, and she’ll be back !”

We needed the tires pumping up on his new bike for him to open the next morning but discovered the air pump at the garage was faulty. Natasha tried to make it work but then went and got her own pump from her car. Thank you Natasha for helping making my son’s birthday a special one.”

“11th jan 2023 . just filled up my car and within seconds of driving out of the petrol station a warning light came on and my car went in to limp mode . all damage is consistent with fuel contamination .ie- cylinder damage and maybe injectors. surely i'm not the only one . but staff refused on the 2nd time of asking if anyone one else come forward with the same issue but the day before they were fine to help now they said it wasnt anything to do with them as it is an esso garage even tho they sold me the fuel that broke my car .this made me more suspicious . tesso and esso customer service are both been helpful but at the moment this issue has left me paying for the damage . i will write another review on how long this issue takes to resolve has i have my proof of purchase and will save some of the fuel once drain from the car. if you have had the same issue please tag or write a review as were stronger in numbers thanks Put 5 stars has u can't find msg of 1”

“We like big Asda always a decent selection of products. George clothing is good value and looks nice in my opinion. Always plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and pleasant Cafe had a children eat for a pound when we popped in. Food was nice. Really well priced.”

“I called at Central Co-op Food and Petrol on Haddon Road in Bakewell because the oil warning light had come on in my car and I had no oil with me. Mark and Rob were extremely helpful. Not only did Rob check for me which oil I needed to purchase for my car, but he checked the oil level and topped it up for me too. Without their help, I could have had a very difficult and expensive car situation on my hands. Sincere thanks to Mark and Rob for coming to my rescue. Your helpfulness and efficiency set me on my way again in no time.”
