Pleasant shopping experience. Staff very friendly, they always go that extra mile to help you. Shop is always well stocked and clean. Love how Coop are inclusive employers and Community supporters. Well done !
I went yesterday to buy eye drop for hay fever symptom. They didn’t have big choice but two ladies were very helpful and polite and found the best available. Excellent customer service. Thank you
I have just collected an order from this store as part of my job. I was greeted by the rudest of shop assistants who really doesn't deserve a job in this establishment. I entered the store at 8.55pm, I hadn't realised they closed at 9, I presumed 10. She went out of her way to be horrible to me in a very unprofessional manner, spoke to me like I was a sub human or something she'd scrapped off of her shoe, all for arriving in store at 8.55pm. I haven't been spoken to like this since I was a child. I was also a customer purchasing some items for myself, these were slammed down on the counter by her good self. I would recommend looking at this incident on CCTV. I am astonished by someone like her working in a customer facing environment. It was that bad

Foods great here but wouldn't do a full shop cos it's expensive
Went in here today ok is co op so a bit on the expensive wouldn't do a big shop here the main problem I encountered was the sell by dates a lot of items run out on the day I was there the sausage rolls run out on the day I was there this was a pack of six there must have been about 20 packs all going out of date I would advise people to check the dates when going there cos they ware selling them at full price and you wouldn't expect them to be out of date
No problem at all with this store... Convenient parking spots friendly staff and you feel welcomed when going in not like other places. Keep up the good work
