   I don't like doing bad reviews but this one is justified having put fuel in the car and popped inside to pay (with phone contact less) it apparently didn't work so called me back into the shop, I tried again on my end the payment accepted but in tescos end it wasn't working which happens sometimes but the way I was treated was abysmal I was greated with the words you should have your wallet on you and what am I going to do about it so I replied ill go get my wallet, no your not you can't leave we have a procedure, why did she ask me what I was going to do about it then in the end another women came said the systems were down there end so not my fault and realised the till wasn't set right for contactless 30 mins later my payment accepted never going tesco again

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Tesco Superstore and Petrol Station in Worksop has consistently been a fantastic place to shop and fill up my car. Every time I visit, I’m struck by how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff are. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to ensure you find what you’re looking for. It’s rare to find a store where the team truly makes you feel welcome, but Tesco in Worksop nails it every time. The store itself is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of products. Whether I’m doing a big grocery shop or just popping in for a few essentials, I never have trouble finding what I need. I also appreciate how easy it is to navigate the aisles, even during busy times. The petrol station is equally excellent. It’s convenient, well-maintained, and the pumps are easy to use. The staff there are just as friendly as those in the main store, which makes the whole experience even better. What really stands out is the personal touch. One time, I was struggling to find an item, and a staff member didn’t just point me in the right direction—they walked me over to where it was and even gave me some tips about the best deals in that section. It’s little moments like these that keep me coming back. Overall, Tesco Worksop is more than just a supermarket—it’s a place where you feel valued as a customer. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

   Rude and unhelpful staff. Due to looking to see if they/which pump had 99ron missed that I'd pulled to "pay at pump only" bay. Went to kiosk to check why they didnt start the pump, external intercom didnt work when went inside I got a curt and rude "it does say on the pump its pay at pump only" [ It didnt]. Customer service traini ng for for till staff would help here

   Cones scattered randomly so no idea as to which pumps were available. Angry, short, red head woman comes out speaking extremely rudely saying it was obvious that certain pumps were closed in a very sarcastic tone. Will not come back again as the way she spoke to her customers was disgusting.

   Has a great shop for your basic provisions, you can also get your screen wash topped up, cost a pound to fill you bottle up, air for your tyres as well, would help if they stocked propane.
