Staff friendly and helpful. Product range is restricted but I can normally find an alternative if my initial choice is unavailable. More expensive than the larger stores but then open earlier and later even on a Sunday. You pay for the convenience.
Staff are fantastic, all work well together but the prices are ridiculous. Looked online 2.9 billion profit. Sickens me.
Seemed good, but was busy at the tills, and the self service Evri machine (the reason I went to the store) was out of order, so I had to go to another store. Would be good if all advertised features of the store worked.
I was kept waiting in the queue for ten minutes along with several other people, while 3 staff served one person. When I objected to this I was told that I was rude and should have used the self service till. There was no reason to be held up as it didn't need three staff to sort out the customers problem
Young lad behind counter offered to pack my bag for me. Didn't take him up on the offer but really appreciate the offer. Cheers pal. Only criticism I have is that the store needs to put some beers in the fridge, not just wine and other fruity drinks.
Small, poor choice and more expensive than dinnington Tesco
This is very handy for us at Dirt Cheap Plants as it's just at the end of our street on Mulberry Road. Our customers frequently use the cash machine. Very convenient.
Too many staff not enough stock, Over excited staff talking very loudly about Christmas and who they do and don't like and blocking aisles.
excellent friendly staff need more cider in fridge when poss otherwise would be 5 star keep up the good work.
