“Absolutely brilliant service, fast and reliable. Friendly and efficient staff. The lad with the dark hair and beard was exceptionally friendly. Very good at his job! Will definitely come back if he’s there.”

“This is an unmanned station but does have a phone number for use during store hours, if you need assistance. Good petrol station though and cheap prices. As its unmanned sometimes one or two pumps dont work as they need resetting”

“I like using Tesco Petrol station because it has a pay at the pump service that accepts your cards. As I'm disabled I find this easier, and I don't have to enter the payment shop. You can still go into the shop to pay by cash. This also has a small grocery section. Milk, sweets, crisps, etc.”

“Asda here at cemetery road have a 24 hours open supermarket. It's one of largest grocery store in Bradford with wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and more, at competitive prices. All the sections are nicely arranged. There is automatic self check out and other billings counters. Store offers huge parking and there is Asda petrol station at entrance.”

“Our car broke down on Saturday, just up the road from Thornton Road Tesco. I was desperate for the loo, went down there & explained. A lovely young lady stacking shelves said it wasn’t a problem but that they only had a staff toilet. The manager was very kind & made us 2 teas, inviting us back if there was anything else we needed, (my husband was the next toilet visitor!) I did shop too, but this was afterwards, the kindness was just human & genuine when I was stressed. I would like to nominate the staff here for a KINDNESS AWARD”

“Two weeks ago I ordered my food shop as usual, I paid extra for express delivery as I was desperately needed a food shop to arrive before the morning and my car wasn't working. My shop never arrived. I since learned that there was a glitch in the website system when I placed my order. I was on to customer services all morning from 7am-11:30am. They weren't helpful at all, and kept hanging up on me. I was pretty upset, because they cancelled my order, and told me id get a refund in about 3-5 days. That didn't work for me because I spent the last of my food shop money on that order, plus I needed the food urgently, hence why I paid extra, the order also included my son's birthday cake and candles. I rang customer services over and over explaining that they've cancelled my order, haven't delivered, and kept my money so I can't even replace my shopping. I was so upset. I ended up ringing this Asda, explained my situation and the lady who answered the phone was so lovely and understanding of the situation. She forwarded the issue to the manager David who rang customer services on my behalf to try and sort it out and took it upon himself to make sure I had my shopping delivered that day. He went above and beyond and my food shop arrived before tea time. My boy was so happy too because his cake arrived, and David so kindly upgraded the small cake I'd ordered to a much bigger cake and sent my son a birthday card. I could barely hold back my tears when the shop arrived and we saw all that kindness too. My 4 kids had dinner on the table just in time and my son was made up that his birthday cake still came! David, was exceptional and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, I don't think I'll ever forget the kindness my family were shown. Thanks David, bless you.”
