   Had puncture on rear tyre and dropped in no booking. The manager on site Kieran was really helpfull and professional. He got me sorted in no time at all and back on the road. Even thought they was fully booked. Definitely recommend this kwik fit in bradford.

   Don’t book a mot with them whatever the cost, they will fail you on every little thing, won’t even mark it as advisory. Initially I was ignored, then had to wait literal hours only to be told mot failed coz of a brake pad sensor, and they didn’t even measure the actual pads, just went with the falseness off the sensor reading on the dash. After they couldn’t do my alignment as required after changing front two tyres from another branch because “we don’t have the equipment, bmw do”. Don’t go there, they squeeze out every penny from you and make you feel worthless. Car is the exact same mechanically and performance wise as I left it. Thanks Kwik Fit. And thanks for taking me off the road in my only car for work and other things, over a sensor!!

   Brilliant place and put the customer first. Happy to discuss my needs when i arrived even when it was busy. Sahir the manager was down to earth and acted like one of the workers. Seeing them work like a proper team was refreshing to see especially in Bradford. If you are looking for a place that is honest and fair i Highly recommend place. Visit and see for your self.

   I would like to thank the team for their honesty in contacting me after they realized something was missed off on my last visit. I don’t normally use Kwik fit but have to say I most likely will be using it more after my experience today. I would also highly recommend this branch to friends and family. As a woman I find anything related to my car quite daunting but this was definitely a positive experience and there are clearly some good hearted and trustworthy people on the team. Once again thank you for your honesty and excellent customer service.
