Fuel price fraud. Not only are Adsa misrepresentation their fuel price but when you phone to point out their error you have to wade through various multi choice menus, only to end up with "we're too busy to take your call", several times.
Ordered online. Paid express delivery to get it same day. Arrival time between 12:30-13:30. 15:00 I called the support team spent best part of 40 minutes on hold. When the call centre operative got through I spoke to a gentleman who asked what did I want. I advised I wanted an update on my order which was now due 2 hours earlier. The gentleman then advised they had fallen behind on their orders- I questioned by 2 hours? He did apologise and said that my order will be leaving in the next half hour but couldn't advice an arrival time. I asked if I could be refunded my delivery charge seen as so it wasn't honored. His reply was we don't give money back. But we can give you chocolate and flowers. I advised I was disgusted because I've been waiting for 2 hours and no update and you're offering chocolate. He apologised again and terminated the call. Disgusting service. Don't get me started on the store rearrangement.
What on earth is going on. Went in today, everything has been moved around and its like whacky races. Add this to the staff going around collecting online orders nearly knocking one of my kids over on 3 occasions and only one person working self checkout, so took ten minutes longer as had to wait because they never work properly. Never going again. Only positive was the really nice guy who works the cigarette counter - he should be running the place and training the staff
The supermarket is chaotic and quite often items not stocked..however I have to give a sincere praise to Craig who manned the customer service counter when I visited. So helpful, friendly and a gentleman. He makes the place so much pleasanter to visit. Asda keighley should be proud to have him as an employee.
Never imagined I’d shopping at Asda in the morning to see the staff use a trolley to collate and transport the rubbish from the outside bins. The same trolleys customers place their fresh food, clothes and other purchases in. That’s disgusting. Perhaps it’s a special trolley for just bin emptying, but it looks no different to the normal trolleys and I find it hard to now want to use their trolleys.
Absolute Brilliant Service from Don Marshall (hope I spelt his name correct) knows what he’s doing and speaks with nothing but respect to everyone. Even in rush hours he’s able to stay calm and collective.
Friend gave me a voucher, not been for a long time. Shop looked as if it had been ransacked. I got one bag of shopping, I was shocked how much it came to, just for basic items. Never again, I'm back to aldi and lidil. Even m&s cheaper cheaper.
Terrible service for online orders!! Made my first online order and it was due to be sent out from the Keighley store. Waited up until 1am for a 9pm order that said it was “running late”. Store closed, customer service closed, so no one to speak to and had to give up on it and go to bed. The next day STILL had no communication whatsoever, called customer service to learn that the driver had “broken down” but no one bothered to call, text, email or update the order status so I was kept up all night for an order that would never arrive but still said “on the way”. Atrocious service and communication and will never make the mistake of using their online delivery service again!
Fantastic customer service from a lovely lady called Naz, rang with a problem trying to find a helium balloon, and she went out of her way to sort it and source what we needed. Very pleased, please pass on my thanks to her. She's an asset to the store
A fantastic shop.Large car park.but the entrance of the car park is not nice. Very big shop.So definitely huge item.Very convenient.
