Such a rude lady working on the till she had blonde hair and was so aggressive and patronising towards someone in front of me , I felt SO sorry for the man. Think you need some more customer service training
My card would decline and proved there was enough in my account. Was treat like it was my fault when there must have been an issue with their card machine in store as I wasn't only one having an issue ended up having to walk to nearest cash machine
Visit 3 times a week And for the last 4 week have never had momentum in stock. When you ask the staff if there due a delivery its We dont know .
Rubbish customer service. Pumps constantly faulty and will not print out receipt. What is the point of Pay at Pump if I have to enter shop for a receipt. Hardly Covid safe
