“So happy to have found exotic-pets. My partner bought a bearded dragon from a friend who was moving. The set up was old and wasn’t suitable for our home. The staff at exotic pets were so helpful in advising us on the equipment that was needed and explaining everything to us. We didn’t feel like we were being pushed into a sale and we felt listened to throughout. The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. I love the rewards card as well as we have already racked a few months worth of free food. Our beardie definitely looks happier in her new home”

“We had our cat stay here for 10 days for the first time. We were a bit apprehensive to leave him as he has not experienced a cattery before but Jenny put our mind at ease. Booking the cattery was easy and very informative. We went for a visit prior and Jenny was really fabulous with the other cats who seemed really happy and would come to the door for a stroke when Jenny came in. The cattery was clean and well looked after. Whilst away Jenny kept in contact with us by sending photos/videos and updates on how our cat was doing. We will definitely be rebooking here again in the future. Thank you Unstone Farm Cattery for taking such good care of our cat”

“Absolutely fantastic groom today. The rescue girl we brought in was big, smelly bless her and in real need. They found her feet hair had so impacted that when they sorted it they had to put antiseptic cream on. They were so gentle and reassuring with her she became very relaxed, not sure she wanted to leave. Took three shampoos and lots of ear buds lol. THANK YOU so much Tania, Simona and Tilly. You amazing are all amazing. Simona even mixed a special shampoo just for her needs, wow. Due to their excellent care today have booked my spaniel in immediately lol. Def recommend wholeheartedly.”

“We had a midweek lunch which was first class. Local IPA is recommended,generous portions and varied fresh vegetables support an imaginative menu. Tables are well laid out, sensibly spaced And the interior decor is top quality. The staff are well trained and interested in the food. The food and views are excellent,so worth making the trip out especially on a sunny day.”

Great location for walks and local attractions, breakfast is a 10 out of 10 and the pub downstairs is lovely, a proper place. Staff amazing, rooms clean and comfy and free parking on site. There's also a restaurant over the road if you fancy a change. Brilliant.”

“We spent over 12 months researching reputable breeders of Irish Doodles and once we came across Hillside Paws for Life we knew we’d found the right place. Fast forward a few months and we went to view a litter of 11 day old pups to pick our dream dog. Hillside were brilliant at keeping us updated on our healthy little pup growing, developing and socialising. When it came to bringing him home, he was just the dream puppy and I put a lot of that down to the breeding and the first 8 weeks of his life being at Hillside. Paddy is our best friend and the best decision we ever made! Highly recommend!”

“I could not recommend Lyndsey and Happy Hounds enough. Our Lhasa Apso Olive has recently started going over to stay with Lyndsey and the others dogs whilst we are away or are in need of someone to have her. There is no one else that I would rather look after our dog. She is all set up with everything you need for a safe and secure environment. Whilst we were away we got regular updates not to mention the fabulous videos showing our dog having a fabulous time. Lyndsey cares very much about the dogs giving them loads of cuddles, attention and taking them on walks where they can enjoy themselves. There is no else I would trust with my dog and my dog Olive absolutely loves Lyndsey. We go away very happy knowing she will very well cared for. Her house is very dog friendly all ready for when they come to stay. Olive just makes herself like she is at home when she is at Happy Hounds she goes in and settles straight away with no hesitation. We love you Lyndsey and Happy Hounds. You are great. I definitely recommend to anyone.”

“After going round all the aquatic shops in the Sheffield area, I found wards to be the most helpful. You can have a good chat with the staff about aftercare for the fish and any help you need concerning your fish tank. One last thing, they aren't pushy for sale like a few of the others are.”

“This is the best location for a quiet retreat, walking holiday or base to explore Derbyshire. The surroundings are beautiful and historic and the garden apartment situated at the back of the Hall is just lovely. The Hall it's self is like stepping back in time to an era of crinolines & lord of the manor. Nothing is too much trouble for Mel the owner and she can tell you the history of the building and land from the time that it was built. My Mother in law visits every year from West Palm Beach in Florida and she adores the place, she is British and loves to come home whenever she can, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and experience a little piece of heaven.”
