   Staff are always friendly, very little waiting time and a super clean environment with a cat calming section for those cats that don't do too well in their carry cases. Only issue is parking; outside the vets there are 2 parking spaces and if they are full, you'll have to park on a side street.

   Over £1000 for stiches for my cat and they were supposed to de mat her while she was under. Took her body suit off and she is still matted. Waste of time and money. I am extremely angry and disappointed. Been a customer for years. Time to change vets

   We unfortunately had to have our Gecko PTS yesterday. The amazing service, care, compassion and knowledge our Vet had was outstanding. Thank you for all your guidance and support. Highly recommend this vet on all counts. The reception staff are welcoming, supportive and compassionate. The nurses even managed to give us a little keepsake which meant a lot to my son. Thank you!

   Ark are AMAZING!!! I can’t speak for them being called expensive as we haven’t shopped around based on price, only reputation for first class pet care and every penny we’ve ever spent with Ark has been money well spent!!! They are truly wonderful!! ALL THE STAFF!! Beth is an amazing vet, Sally & Jo on reception are wonderful and every member of the team we’ve met has been fantastic. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the love and care they’ve given to our crazy Springer Spaniel, Pepper, has been outstanding. Pepper has put us through the mill with her antics but Ark have come to her rescue more than once!! We literally cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff there and cannot thank you all enough for the continued support and kindness you’ve shown us and Pepper!! THANK YOU TO ALL AT ARK!!!!

   My family have been going to Ark (and its predecessor) for over 25 years. We have never had an issue, they have always been accommodating and sympathetic even during some very emotional visits. They genuinely care about the animals in their care and have been entrusted to support nearly a dozen cats and dogs we have had in our time using them. I fully recommend them to anyone needing a vet!

   Are more interested in money, than the welfare of your pet. Will do everything to rank up the bill. Beware if you join your pet up to the ‘Ark Advantage’ health check scheme, as the health checks will be done by a nurse, and are of very poor quality. Also, if as part of the health check, a vet has to see your pet, you will be charged a veterinary consultation as well. To give you some idea of prices, my dog went in with a large laceration to her paw after an accident - to stitch this under general anaesthetic and have antibiotics, pain relief and sedative tablets and a few dressing changes cost £2,500. The wound then got infected and she was sent as an emergency to a veterinary hospital, so the costs didn’t end there. We were very pleased with the vets and the overall care at the veterinary hospital, and also with a vet with have used since - so this isn’t a case of us not wanting to pay the bill, it’s that they will try and make every appointment as expensive as they can for you. I was very surprised to see they have a rating of 4.6. Definitely one to avoid.

   Very knowledgeable and supportive vets. Fairly priced. Warm, friendly, clean and hygenic atmosphere. Recommended to me by my daughter. I have always dealt with Tom and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Your pets will always be in good hands.
