We have used this cattery a few times and had no complaints. Sadly when they were taken over by new owners they put their prices up significantly, twice in quick succession. They have priced us out of using them and we now use cat-sitters, which is much cheaper.
Would thoroughly recommend smile Cattery, our cat Nelly had her first time here for 2 weeks she is only 1 so we was a little nervous about leaving her. Angela and Mel put us at ease and made Nellys time there brilliant with lots of cuddles. When we arrived to pick her up she was so happy, we will be using smile Cattery again ☺️
I had never been apart from my cat for so long before, so i was quite apprehensive about it. But I got home with a happy and well looked after cat, which is all I needed. Thank you :)
After last minute pest control call out, I had very limited time to find somewhere to put my 3 fur babies for 4 hours whilst my house was being treated. Smiles cattery housed my cats for no charge which I thought was lovely of them to do! Very lovely set up on farm land! Would definitely recommend and will use them if I ever need a cattery again! :)
Recently used Smile Cattery for our little one while we went on holiday for 4 days. Angela was lovely from the moment we met her, even keeping us updated on how our cat was doing while we were away. We now won't trust anyone else to look after our cat while we're away. Would reccomend Smile Cattery to anyone!

Our cat Tyson stayed here for the first time. It is a great place. The owners are really friendly and reassuring. They post pictures on Facebook while you are away. He loved his heated bed so much I had to prize him out of it when I picked him up. We will definitely be using Smile again.
Smiley Cattery is a great place to leave your fur babies. I have been sending Nitro for a couple of years now and know that he is well looked after and cared for. Great price too.
The only place we would dream of leaving Bruce when we go away, a group of genuine cat lovers who always put the animal first.
We used Smile Cattery for the first time this month and were so pleased we did. From the initial friendly welcome at the booking stage to the great care taken of our cat, Bella, our experience was positive throughout. The owner Dawn is clearly a cat lover and this shines through in her interaction with the cats. Regular Facebook posts (consent provided) of your cat is a nice touch while away. Smile Cattery is now our cattery of choice for when we go on holiday.
