   The most compassionate and reassuring staff ever. Had by old girl put to sleep this afternoon and the process was made special by the staff. They allowed us time with her before she passed and allowed as long as we wanted afterwards. Myself and my daughter were given glass keepsakes with her fur in at no charge. Just beautiful. Have used this vet exclusively for 32 years as did my Dad before me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this difficult decision and day a little easier.

   Not our usual vet but saw our cat as an emergency. I was impressed by friendly staff and how efficiently they dealt with our cat. No fuss. No additional and unnecessary bits of treatment or medication.

   The vet was lovely, although a £48 fee just for the appointment is very steep. Given ear wash, drops and antibiotics for my dogs ear infection, it’s the first time I’ve ever been and the vet didn’t clean his ears and administer the drops, she offered to put drops in but I said it’s better to clean his ears first as it’s full of infection to which I was told I could do later at home. The appointment was one of diagnosis and prescription not of care administered so I doubt I will go back as I paid a lot of money, yet my dog wasn’t administered care. I have been going for years, the level of care does not match the cost.

   Amazing vets . Handled our babies with utmost care and respect . We recently had to say goodbye to a beautiful pretty princess Alice and we can't thank them enough for the time , care, advice and treatment for Alice . Would highly recommend all the staff here . Dexter and Alice forever loved and missed .

   Spire vets have looked after my girl for almost 11yrs we moved and I did stay with your practice but found it to far. Then I moved into a bungalow so happy to be back it spire. My girl is 11 yrs now and you have looked her from a puppy to the old lady she is today. Thank you to all the wonderful staff,❤️

   We would just like to thank the lovely vet who was kind and compassionate towards our lovely girl Darcey recently and helped us with such a difficult decision to let Darcey go. We had the decision to make that all pet owners dread and said goodbye to Darcey our cocker spaniel recently. We are heartbroken but know it was the best thing for her. Thanks for everything and for being so kind and for looking after all our other dogs so well. We wouldn’t use anyone else.    I've been taking my cats here for years. I went a few weeks ago for a sore on my cats back. They went through everything that could be causing it and now his back is fine. I'm just waiting for his fur to grow back. The vets and receptionists are always attentive and kind, the service is always above what I expect. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets. First picture was the original issue. He was upset and agitated and the second is him laid on his back very happy and comfortable
