Matt was so calm and responsive, I knew my cats would be comfortable staying with him. They spent two weeks at his cat hotel and were so calm when I brought them back home, after my trip, and theirs... perhaps their hotel was almost as good as mine in Japan - only thing missing is an onsen :P ...highly recommended!
The cats whiskers is like home from home ,Ted my british shorthair has been there for 3 weeks whilst having home renovations , matt ( top bloke ) and debs are dedicated to the care if your family members , cant praise them enough , thanks matt n debs Ted has come home in tip top condition .
Took fantastic care of my Luna for five days, having previously tried 2 other catteries in Derby, finally found what we were looking for. The owners are lovely, gave Luna lots of fuss and attention. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, with lots of toys. Luna will certainly be back later this year!
So pleased we found this superb Cattery, not only does it provide a clean comfortable spacious room for your Cat, your also getting the best care your Cat deserves. Matt and Debbie are dedicated in making sure they are settled in, giving you peace of mind. I have a Diabetic Cat Cookie who needs insulin injections, which can be a challenge at times, Matt has all the experience and knows exactly how to handle him. We've used this lovely Cat Hotel 5 times in the last few years now. And will continue to. Highly recommend
Absolutely Outstanding! This really is home from home. My2 cats stayed here recently and I was more than happy to leave them with Matt who is obviously an animal lover. Clean, tidy and warm I cannot rate this cattery highly enough. Truly First Class and 100% recommended.
Dyson stayed with Deb and Matt during the summer, at first I was a bit worried as he’s an elderly and quite demanding old man. But he seemed to really enjoy his holiday from the Nicklin household. Needless to say he’s visiting again this month for a short break. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Matt seemed to have the measure of our little OAP.
The best cat hotel! I have used them multiple times and they are amazing. We have a Bengal and she’s so well looked after and given loads of attention. The rooms are so spacious with beautiful views over the farm, my cat loves watching the ducks walk past! The rooms are warm, super clean and full of toys and stimulation for them to play with. I wouldn’t go to any other cattery now. We have peace of mind knowing my cat is well cared for when we are away.
We visited this cat hotel to have a look before booking our cat Wilson in. Matt put any worries we had leaving him for the first time at rest. The facilities are first class, with chairs, toys, and several beds to choose from. It was great that Matt shared our love of cats. We can go on holiday rest assured he will be cared for as one of their own.
