Today Sam, my wonderful cocker spaniel, once again had the superb Furst Class Lounge grooming. With his beautifully clipped and shiny coat, he looks to special. Thank you Furst Class Lounge for your great service.
In all honesty this is the first time we've used a grooming parlour. You came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Sky's usual bath is a dip in a stream! She looks absolutely lovely! Thank you for being patient with her .
Many thanks to Lee for the wonderful trim Archie, my Border Terrier had today. He went in like a Yeti and out came a Border Terrier. Archie can be a bit difficult with strangers and not keen on being groomed. Lee was so patient with Archie and calmed him for his trim. I'm so pleased with how he was handled and treated. I cannot recommend them enough, from the reception to the grooming. Thank you again.
Martin and Lee at Furst Class Lounge have been the most amazing teachers. I have gained so much experience, knowledge and skills from their patient, caring and confidence giving style of teaching. I came to them as a complete novice with very little self confidence and have completed my Level 3 Certificate in Dog grooming with the knowledge and increased confidence to take the next steps in my career as a dog groomer. If you are thinking of starting a career in dog grooming and think you can’t do it then believe me you can! All you need is Martin and Lee and the staff at Furst Class Lounge who will be there every step of the way full of encouragement, bags of knowledge and expertise and always a friendly smile! Been taking our Tibetan Spaniel Clyde to furst class since we got him. He always looks fantastic when we get him back. The grooming facilities and shop front are beautiful. The staff are amazing and have super knowledge on all breeds. I wouldn't trust anyone else with Clyde and I know he's always been well loved and cared for while he's there. We have been taking our two Havanese for some time, we always receive a fabulous welcome and first class service, two Havanese have recently become three and our latest addition Dexter has already been twice, the owners Martin and Lee are absolutely fantastic as are all the staff, the grooming and care is again first class. We are more than happy to leave our three little fur babies and would not go anywhere else, we cannot recommend enough, well done all and keep it up, our sincere thanks from Winston, Phoebe and little Dexter Corbridge.
