“I have had Georgie for nearly 10 years and I would NOT have any other vet. Georgie has saved my boys and done work on my horses that other vets wouldn't even consider. Georgie always finds a solution to suit you and your horse physically and financially! Also unlike many other vets georgie takes the time to explain what it is she is doing or going to do. Gives advice exactly how you want it. Up front and honest not sugar coated ! I wouldn't trust any other vet to see to my horses as in my experience she's always been the best. I've had horses for 18 years and the 10 years I've had Georgie she has always excelled more than anyone !!”

“I send my four cats to Cloughfields Cat Hotel and I never worry when they are there due to the manager Julie taking such exceptional care of them all. She has taken time to get to know each one and their individual personalities and gives me regular updates whilst I am away, as she knows how much I miss them! The cattery itself is in an attractive setting for the cats, and is comfortable, clean and well maintained. It is also very secure which was also very important to me. I would highly recommend it.”

He first went as a really little pup, and we use it for anything between a day here and there to 2 weeks at a time. The staff are amazing, always accommodating and know Blue by name even after months of not visiting. “We are are regular customers at the Dewsbury branch, but when our dog became ill overnight we took her down to the 24hr hospital at Barnsley at 2.00am on a Sunday morning. From the first phone call when we were given a prompt appointment, to discharge a couple of days later, all the staff were wonderful. As Poppy had been admitted due to the severity of her condition, we were kept regularly updated at every stage of her treatment, and we're advised to call at anytime should we feel the need to.( Which we did on a couple of occasions) The staff were lovely and kind and as well as bringing Poppy back to health, they were also so reassuring with us too as it is very worrying and stressful when your pet is unwell. When these things happen, although it's never a factor as most people will do anything for their pet, Money is always at the very back of your mind. This is where Animal Trust Vets score another 5 stars!!! Their out of hours consultation fee is less than one third of our closest vets practice, and overall charges are similarity reasonable. Poppy is getting back to her old self, and we are overwhelmingly appreciative of all the Barnsley staff for their help,care and understanding.”

I have severe mobility issues which means I cannot control my pooch as well as walk with a rollator frame, so due to this the vet comes to me in the car park to my car, which is more comfortable and less stressful for my dog as well so thankyou very much for understanding. “We’ve had 9 dogs over the years and all have gone frequently to Sandy Lane Kennels. They have all loved it especially Darcy my bulldog. She claws at the reception door to get in. They are so well looked after by Jamie, Tom and their team. Can’t recommend them enough.”
