   One of the worst experiences of my life. Imagine taking a dear friend to let him go and then while you are still in floods of tears over him a member of staff coming to the private suite with a card machine asking for payment. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful behaviour! Payment could have been discussed on booking not when I’m in the room with my deceased dog or contacted a few days after. RIP Dillian

   Not a pleasant visit, I had Luna my companion of 14 year Euthanased she hadn't been well since mid January and recently had stopped eating. I visited Wildbore where I was treated with compassion and respect. Luna at no point was under any stress, the vet was extremely gentle and understanding. I only wish I knew her name. Somehow "Thank you so much" doesn't appear to cover what I need to say We will not be visiting again, we've decided that we need to be "pet free"

   Our pet dog Jasper was admitted with severe gastrointestinal problems. The treatment he received was first class, he was looked after by two vets, Dave Ellis and Mike Brown. He was constantly monitored by two lovely nurses Emily and Alice. We can't thank them enough. Garry and Miriam Price xx

   Our dog needed surgery to remove her eye. The staff were fantastic.Answered all our questions.fully. Special mention to Jess who did the surgery,Rory and Dave .They were wonderful with Minny.Thank you for all the care she received.
