   Disappointing!! We took our 3 dogs to stay, whilst in London- on our return they were not in a good state The Doberman had a large amount of green slim over her eye and down her face The smallest chihuahua which had been dropped off white, had yellow on his flanks where presumably he had been sat in wee and his once white legs were stained yellow up to his knees My other chihuahua was very much out of character ran to the back of the cage, then when I called him he came but seemed frightened - some of this review may be due to them being first time in kennels, they all 3 looked like they had lost weight- apparently they had been bathed? However their cage was full of poo and wee the smell, and general condition of the dogs can only be down to a lack of care - all scrubbed clean when home and fed, but we won’t be going there again - staff seemed friendly and I read other great reviews that’s why we left them there in the first place- but this certainly wasn’t a good experience for us or our poor dogs - I’m so upset that we left them there avoid this kennels if you care about your animals

   Our French Bulldog spent 7 nights here whilst we were away on holiday. We missed him halfway through the holiday so emailed and got a lovely reply stating that he had been eating, sleeping and drinking well, was enjoying his walks and gave lovely cuddles! This reassured us so that we could enjoy the rest of our week, and when we picked him up (we turned up 15 minutes early as we landed at 5am and had been waiting, they still let us in) he was happy and healthy. He also seemed quite sad to leave and pulled on his lead to the lady for one last goodbye scritch, which again was reassuring. He was a bit smelly but we assume that was because today was Bath day and he missed it due to the early pick up. Very good that they knocked some money off the bill, I assume because of the early pick up.

   Please read this!!! We left our 11m blue chihuahua on the 24th august 2022 whilst we went on our holiday. On Wednesday 3rd august we received a message to contact them. We was informed our dog had escaped on Tuesday 2nd august! How can a dog escape a secure kennels? 4 different fences/gates to get out? Something doesn’t add up. We had to have rescue teams out, 1 which the kennels arranged alongside the owners helping to look (appreciate them trying to help) and 1 we arranged. On Friday 6th august the team we arranged to find Bluey, beauty’s legacy found our baby boy! We got mixed information on how he escaped (if he did escape). We have not had a written apology or any further contact since we arrived home. We have asked for an explanation in writing and also for cctv footage of the times approx he escaped but have been ignored by this kennel (why would they not give us cctv?? Strange hey). We are seeking legal help and won’t stop until we have answers and compensation as our last week of the family holiday was ruined and also so people are aware of this un-secure (if our dog did escape) kennels or if they have been negligent and did not lock the kennel (which we believe). We have photo evidence of the gates left open on numerous occasions. If you love your fury friends, please consider other kennels that are safe and secure. We will update as the case goes on.

   We would just like to support the owners and all the staff who work here. We have been bringing our dogs to these kennels for the past 21 years and our dogs are always well cared for and looked after. They are always clean and very happy and healthy on collection which always makes having to leave them an easier decision. We wouldn't take our dogs to be looked after anywhere else. Thankyou to you all, you all do an amazing job ❤️
