   Had an appointment with Fiona regarding my cat who had an issue with her eye. She gave her a thorough examination and prescribed her some medication. This totalled to £100. At the end of my appointment I asked if I could show her a video of my other cat who I'm concerned has asthma. We've previously took him to another vets before and they said he was fine. She wouldn't look at the video because he wasn't on file and said I need to make another appointment for her to diagnose him. I understand that, she still could have looked at the video and expressed her concern especially considering I've just spent £100. Can't help but feel they just care about the money. £50 per consultation is a lot and there are always extra fees added on top, however I feel every vet is the same.

   It’s got to be one of the worse Vets4pets in the country, they are not very professional at all, since was a health check just checking my dogs heart, I’m also not happy about giving my dog liver paste on the dirty floor while you give him a booster jab, also waiting over an hour to be seen, I’ve moved to another vets now, Vets4pets sort it out or you will lose a lot more customers and probably have 1 star is all your getting

   Not a bad Vet but on this particular occasion I called for my dogs weight which was done on her last visit. Unfortunately the vet didn’t make a note of it and they advised I’d need to pay to get her weighed again. Think this isn’t particularly good enough considering the Vet advised us our dog was overweight and had to go on a diet. I was calling to check her progress based on what she weighed previously. Wasn’t really happy with the outcome and of getting no info unless I pay again

   Good location, very easy to find. Took my cat, Marvin, in a few weeks ago for a blocked bladder and he was in a very bad way. The vet and myself were able to work together very well to ensure Marvin got back to feeling fit again, I can't fault how he was treated

   I always see Fiona , she's dealt with all my previous pets and asha for years . She's so friendly, kind , caring and I trust her highly . She explains everything you need answered . I couldn't ask for a better vet to treat Asha .

   I’ve been coming to Vets4Pets for many years with my two cats. The team at Worksop are always lovely and were particularly lovely when I had to have one of my cats put to sleep recently. Vet Fiona was incredibly kind, trustworthy and compassionate. Thank you so much for everything that you did for Enzo x

   Just be very wary of taking your pet here. They have a habit of taking them in the back away from you then refusing to hand them back unless you agree to pay for massively inflated fees for tests. I will be reporting them once I get my pet released from this hostage situation. Update - despite this disgrace of a vet saying my cat was not in a life or death situation, he died a few days later. I will be contacting my bank to recover the monies they extorted from me and see you in court if you try to recover it back. This place is an absolute disgrace and needs investigating. I will be contacting the RCVS immediately.

   All the staff here are lovely, They take care of all pets as if they were their own and put you at ease. I've been going there for around 6 yrs with my 4 dogs and they have been brilliant, especially with my eldest dog Tehya who passed over the rainbow bridge aged 13 last month. She was well known to all the staff with her different ailments over the years.
