    “I’ve never been to a corporate vet clinic before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Recently moved to the area and was sad to leave my previous vet. I was really impressed though, definitely had a 5-star experience!! Reception team was very helpful over the phone answering questions ahead of the appointment and getting us registered. The rates are really reasonable, IMO, and the clinic rooms are very clean and modern. The vet I saw was knowledgeable and easy to converse with. She was thorough and listened to our history and answered every question. I didn’t feel rushed or patronized. It was great! Came in for a routine exam on a senior canine to primarily renew arthritis meds and establish a patient file. Paid about £22 for a paper prescription for a 6 month script. Well worth it. The exam itself was £40. The company has a decent pet plan that adds pretty good value back for the patient. It’s also handy that I can do my pet food errands afterwards as my senior needs specialty food. Not sure how this place might be if facing challenging differentials or complex pathologies, but for routine care and maintenance definitely a great choice. Good job, vets for pets team!”
