   Would highly recommend Teddy was really poorly with leptospirosis and we didn’t think he was going to make it. But the staff at Barnsley animal trust were absolutely amazing and kept us updated he was first admit on a Sunday morning and had to have a blood transfusion on Monday then another on Wednesday. On Thursday the team at animal trust had work miracles and Teddy had beaten the odds and aloud home to continue his recovery. We are truly greatfull and highly recommend Barnsley animal trust

   My dog Alfie recently saw Dr. Paulina, and she was absolutely brilliant with him. She kept him calm, quickly identified the issues he had, and treated him with amazing results. Just a week later, Alfie is like a different dog—happy, playful, and full of life again. Fantastic work from her, and a huge thank you from me. Overall I would recommend Animals trust Barnsley, helpful and friendly staff that actually care about animals.

   I cannot recommend the team at Animal Trust Barnsley more highly. They are all clearly highly motivated, caring and want nothing more than to ensure our pets get the care they deserve. Special mention to our Veterinary surgeon Monos - an extremely dedicated and highly skilled individual. He gave us honest and balanced advice regarding BOAS surgery and performed it with an excellent outcome. His communication is excellent! Thanks again, Nico has recovered really well and is loving life and walkies once again.

   Absolutely amazing vet practice, all the team are incredible. Fabulous reception team, Megan our vet was brilliant, explained everything perfectly in simple terms. The care is second to none and the entire experience was fantastic, prompt, professional, super caring for our dog Mildred and incredibly affordable. Can't recommend highly enough A+

   We are are regular customers at the Dewsbury branch, but when our dog became ill overnight we took her down to the 24hr hospital at Barnsley at 2.00am on a Sunday morning. From the first phone call when we were given a prompt appointment, to discharge a couple of days later, all the staff were wonderful. As Poppy had been admitted due to the severity of her condition, we were kept regularly updated at every stage of her treatment, and we're advised to call at anytime should we feel the need to.( Which we did on a couple of occasions) The staff were lovely and kind and as well as bringing Poppy back to health, they were also so reassuring with us too as it is very worrying and stressful when your pet is unwell. When these things happen, although it's never a factor as most people will do anything for their pet, Money is always at the very back of your mind. This is where Animal Trust Vets score another 5 stars!!! Their out of hours consultation fee is less than one third of our closest vets practice, and overall charges are similarity reasonable. Poppy is getting back to her old self, and we are overwhelmingly appreciative of all the Barnsley staff for their help,care and understanding.

   One of the nicest, caring vets I've ever been to. They have all the time for you and your pet. I was amazed that the first time I visited I was with a vet about 30/40 minutes. As I came out I said I'll just go and pay, his response was "there's no charge for a consultation, we don't charge for talking " wow! How many people hold off taking their pets to a vet because just to see one costs a fortune! When you go to any other vets, there's a sign on the door which states " time spent with a vet is chargeable" you forget to ask things because you know you've to pay for their time. Totally different here, you only pay if they need medication. Honestly, change your vet and go here. They're so friendly, even the receptionist is friendly and helpful. Finally found a vet who cares for animals and not just the money. ❤️

   We felt very confident handing over our 11 year old spaniel for a dental procedure. Vet Dux and nurse Katie looked after him so well. The welcome from all staff is genuine and warm and the place is really clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

   Animal trust are the best vets we have ever dealt with. The service is fantastic and the Barnsley practise opening is the icing on the cake. The vets have been fantastic with all 3 of our dogs very knowledgeable I would highly recommend Animal trust to all my friends and anyone else who asks.
