   Recently moved from Sheffield and brought one of our cats for his yearly booster. I was greeted by friendly staff throughout our visit. Very modern and clean waiting room, I was offered a hot drink and there is a separate waiting area for dogs and small animals. Parking is very good and the price of the booster was almost half of what we have previously paid. Overall an excellent experience.

   Receptionists are so friendly !! Always a warm welcome which you don’t get often in vets. Had a bit of an issue with one of the locum vets not inputting any information on the system, however he was very good and spent the time to explain things. David & Hannah are also excellent. I just want to ask one thing that you look after your staff please & in return they will look after you. Thank you

   This place is absolutely wonderful. Such kind and caring and empathetic staff members from the front of house lady to the Vets. I took my hamster here to be euthanised and had a consultation the week before and they made everything the best it possibly could be at such an awful time. I am now going to transfer the care of my dog to these people. So grateful for everything. This place gives care that other vets just don’t give: and that means such a great deal, especially in a difficult time. Thank you

   Amazing place. Just moved to Barnsley and chose the pet vet as it was the closest to our house. But what a lovely place, the ladies make you feel so at home - even get a coffee, never been offered a drink at the vets, they made my nervous pup feel a lot more at ease too. Thank you so much everyone. Highly recommend The Pet Vet.

   They understand and sympathise with everyone's different needs. I have severe mobility issues which means I cannot control my pooch as well as walk with a rollator frame, so due to this the vet comes to me in the car park to my car, which is more comfortable and less stressful for my dog as well so thankyou very much for understanding. The staff are all top class and very professional polite and kind.

   Rang for an appointment for our dog and got one very quickly on the same day. Was greeted by the lovely ladies at Barnsley on reception and then was seen by Louise (the vet) to treat Sammy. She was really helpful and thorough and advised the best treatment for his problems. Absolutely happy with the visit and won't hesitate to come back. Louise was lovely with Sammy and we even enjoyed a cup of coffee! Five stars for a great outcome, thank you.

   Debbie was so helpful! I called today (Sunday) on the off chance that they could register my dog and clip his nails. Nothing was too much trouble. She discussed all details with me and got him registered.. then the lovely nurse managed to squeeze him last minute for a nail cut! Absolutely amazing service, made my little dog feel at ease! I certainly won’t be taking him anywhere else for veterinary needs in the future! Thanks all!

   Mihai, the head vet removed a tumour on my dog Milly on Monday. This vet is so caring and talented considering the surgery was so complicated. I felt complete confidence in his ability and she has made a remarkable recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice as all the staff are so lovely and genuine.

   The receptionists are so nice and caring and down to earth. Make you feel welcome and the care the veterinary team provide is amazing. Their listen to you and take time with you no rushing you out to get the next in. Love this vets I will not go anywhere else ❤
