This was the first time we have used Adele's cattery so was apprehensive about leaving our girls somewhere new. However, Adele has an excellent set-up and is very knowledgeable about caring for our feline friends so quickly put both the girls and our minds at ease. We had pictures and updates on how they had settled in and eating, so any anxiety drifted away. When we picked the girls up both seemed very happy, content and quickly settled back in at home. If your looking for a good place for your fur babies to stay, look no further than Glade Catteries. Our girls are booked in again for later in the year already. You just know if your pets have been happy and we knew instantly they where, when we picked them up. The set up is they have a sleeping area and can go through a tunnel into a safe, secure outside area, which is still inside if that makes sense. Highly recommend, thank you Adele.
This was the first time we have used Glade Cattery, as the cattery we would normally use was unavailable. So glad we made the change! Adele is obviously a very caring person, both for the cats in her care and also for their owners. She kept us informed about how the cats were doing during our stay which greatly helped with my daughters anxiety over leaving her two cats. The accommodation for the cats has been well thought-out and provides as much comfort and interest for them as possible. Glade Cattery is now without doubt our first choice for the future.
We had to book a cattery last minute for an impromptu holiday and I'm very happy that Glade Cattery had space. Adele was really accommodating and understanding which made the experience much less stressful, and sent us the registration docs really quickly. The cattery itself is spacious and Adele has clearly put a lot of time and thought into the work that is being done to expand/improve it. She sent us an update whilst we were away and kindly accommodated an out of hours pick up which we appreciated massively. Our kitties came home very happy, would 100% recommend!
Adele was so lovely and really cared about our cats. The facilities were large and very clean! Lots of variety of cat food for the cats and have rebooked for our next holidays.
Adele made me (and my cat!) feel completely at ease. She really cares for the cats. Beautiful setting, cosy pens with a bed, food and litter all ready when we arrived which all adds to the comfort. Adele spent time stroking and playing with my cat and sent me a text to say he's happy. Would highly recommend!
We were so lucky this cattery was able to accommodate our two kittens, especially when we needed to add an extra day. They came back happy and more confident, which is a great sign that they were fussed over and well cared for. Highly recommended and we will definitely use the Glade Cattery again when we go away - thank you!
We have used The Glade Cattery for our girls on a few occasions now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We had never used a cattery before, visited a couple and The Glade was clearly the best. Adele took a real interest in their likes and dislikes and it's obvious that she spends time with them when they are there. When we return home, they settle back in straight away. Excellent cattery and very friendly and professional service. So glad that we were able to book in for our Ragdoll the very last minute. Our cat is really happy after the stay and look forward to using their service again.
