This was the first time I have used Lilac Lodge Cattery for my furball Timone and to say that I am more than happy is an understatement. Lovely place and friendly, caring owners. Spotlessly clean with large pens with lots of nice touches to keep the cats safe and entertained. It’s the first time Max has been to a cattery so we were a bit nervous about leaving him but we needn’t have been. He was kept safe and happy. Will definitely use again.

I was really scared leaving our cats anywhere when we went away for almost 2 weeks but we went to visit lilac lodge before arranging for them to stay there. The pens are all indoor and heated and they have plaster walls between the pens so that they don’t see the other cats and everything is able to be cleaned. The lady who runs it was lovely and gave us updates every few days either directly or through posting on the Facebook page which made me feel a lot better as I could see our older cat getting more comfortable. They were absolutely lovely and kept the cats entertained and as happy as could be given that they were somewhere new with new people. I couldn’t ask for more!
I know my cats are being well looked after here, and it's very clean and comfy for them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Brilliant, as usual, just phoned Saturday morning to see if we could take Gizmo in for a few days as we had workmen in at home and he is wary of strangers. Just collected him this morning, he has been fine and didn't really seem that bothered about coming home, he loves it there where he can sit and watch the chickens in the garden. Sally and John are great, nothing too much trouble and would recommend Lilac Lodge to anyone.
I cannot recommend Lilac Lodge Cattery highly enough. The cleanliness, standard of care and security are excellent, but most of all, the love, warmth and kindness from the owner make it a home from home. I was worried about leaving my cat as he is a quite timid rescue cat, but he settled in straight away. His picture was taken so I got to see him while on holiday and I got a reassuring text to say he was fine. I can now relax if I go on holiday as I know he's safe, happy and loved.
