   I have to say I am really impressed with this company. One of our Standard Poodles has IBD and needs a specialised diet. I understand there is a national shortage at present and to locate her food has become challenging. I contacted Vet on the Net and the response from the staff member was fantastic. Clearly interested in the welfare of animals. The questions were thorough and relevant as its vet supervised diet. After receiving my first order I made further contact and ordered more product. This arrived next day. Although they may not be the cheapest, it is the best customer service we have ever had from an online company. Reliable, professional and most of took time to understand the customers needs. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

   Amazing company! I have used them for a variety of Hypoallergenic food needs and medication for various issues. I have also used there remote video vet consultation when one was required on the weekend for us. It was really straight forward, video was commenced by purely clicking a link by text message on my phone which is really wonderful as it means I didnt have to wrestle installing any apps. The Vet was very helpful and professional and gave us the advice we required. Incredible price as well. This is a great company, will continue to use them as our go to site for our needs.

   I can't give enough praise to Natalie and her team. Due to a back injury I was unable to visit our normal vet so had a video consultation with Natalie. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the issues with our "old girl" Mabel the briard. As a result of the call we are changing her diet and starting physiotherapy to help with her arthritic back legs. What also amazed me was the cost of medicines - 30% cheaper than my normal vet! If you can't get to your normal vet or simply need a second opinion don't hesitate make an appointment today.
