Outstanding service from everyone at this practice. My cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism just over a year ago and I can’t praise Gill his vet enough. Gill has made his journey less distressing for him and me, she is so caring and compassionate and I can’t thank her enough.

We bought our new Puppy home on Tuesday and within 18 hours he became ill. we registered with Minster, got a really quick appointment and from there, they got our Puppy back to good health, the whole team were absolutely wonderful especially Ellie and Vicky but everyone we dealt with was compassionate, kind and thoughtful. We have had some scary moments with one of our boys (Rolo) a cocker, and ever since we joined the practice getting on for 3 years he has been in and out with major gut issues. He is now on medication and for his age, very well. If not for the staff and particularly Jill, one of the vets, he was in all likelihood going to die. So yes, I cannot rate the practice and people high enough. They are very caring and attentive. You will not get better treatment for your pet elsewhere .....
