   My two rescue cats stayed at Red House for just over a week and this was their very first time in a cattery. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The setting is beautiful and so calm, and the whole place is kept absolutely spotless. We chose one of the catio apartments which was HUGE, and we also had a look at the Purrfect Paradise suites which were also a very generous size. Both options are designed with real thought for the cats’ comfort. Alyse was just wonderful. She really took the time to get to know my cats before their stay and made sure everything was ready for them. She asked about all their little routines from food to playtime to toilet habits and even made sure they had their favourite toys and extra boxes. It made such a difference knowing that she understood them as individuals. As a nervous first time cat mum I was quite anxious about leaving them, but from the moment I arrived I felt completely at ease. I knew they were in the best hands and could relax and enjoy my holiday without worry. When I came to collect them they were happy and content, and it was so clear they had been well cared for. I feel so lucky to have found Red House, a five star cattery and experience. My two will definitely be regular visitors and I have already booked them in for my next trip.

   Our fur baby Cheese was well looked after. Beautiful & clean cattery. He stayed for a week in a well equipped very large room with heated bedding and access to his own private catio. Lots of "Catit" accessories (personally great for our fur baby help to slow his eating & he is used to this brand too) plenty of room to run & play. Good variety of rooms with different styles. There's a room for more active cats with cat a wheel & more climbing available or for shy cats with lots of places to hide. Every option had different levels for cats to find their comfort space. Personally, I love that each space has floor to ceiling window with a upvc door to enter. This is so much better than some catteries that have the cage type where all the cats can hear each other and set one another off. Highly recommend. Our furbaby came home very happy & healthy after his stay. Thank you for looking after Cheese. We'll see you soon for our next break. Can't wait now as I know he'll be happy & well cared for when we next go away.

   Excellent accommodation and care for both cats and dogs. My pets have always been happy at Red House. They really go the extra mile to accommodate fussy eaters, etc. I can thoroughly recommend the cattery and kennels.

   Owner said she is all booked at the moment as she has had to reduce capacity, but was very happy to give me new puppy advice. Seems like the kind of person that goes the extra mile. Jealous of her regular customers! Hopefully someday I'll be one.

   I can't recommend this cattery enough. Have used this cattery two years running over Christmas and my cat always comes home looking well and settles quickly. Alyse is very friendly and it's clear that the cattery is spotless and that my cat has been very well looked after.    My 2 cats stayed over the Christmas break and I would definitely recommend this place. Alyse is experienced at what she does and it really meant a lot knowing they were in such good hands. The surroundings are green and leafy; the facilities are quiet and clean with plenty of views to interest the cats. It made us feel confident knowing our pets were safe and secure while we were away.

   We have been using this cattery regularly for over 10 years and have recommended it to friends and family who have also been happy with the service. The owner is always very accommodating to our cat's needs. You can tell that she is a cat lover and understands how fussy some cats (and owners!) can be and always puts our minds at rest. Our old cat used to need medication and was very timid and they always cared really well for her. On our most recent visit in Sept 2021, I was delighted to see the upgrades that had been made to the cattery. New, larger catio apartments have been created which Alyse took the time to show me around. The care and attention she has put into these was impressive, she really has thought of everything. We highly recommend this cattery.
