Decent shop, but some of the staff isn't very helpful. We politely tried getting the attention of staff and they just walked past. So I ended up buying what I wanted from Amazon instead.
We joined Caleb’s Pet Pals Fun and had such a wonderful experience! Caleb was incredibly friendly and explained everything in great detail, making it easy for the kids to understand and enjoy. The children had so much fun and learned a lot. We truly appreciate his kindness and enthusiasm!
Excellent shop with very friendly staff, expert knowledge on the Bearded Dragon that we bought and superb service.
No where is purrfect but it's pretty good. Sadly I was let down today. I went in and specifically asked for the cheapest 8 meter dog lead Guy showed me one , I took it to the till paid for it.... Got it home tool.me pooch for a walk and realised it was a 5 meter which I already have !!!!!! Now I have to waste my valuable time and money going back to sort this out tomorrow !
Bought a guppy and two shrimp from here to add to my tank of guppies can only assume they brought diseases because after a few days in the tank all the other fish have started to die off ! They keep their fish in tiny tanks full of fish but don’t let you by one singular fish for a tank way bigger because it doesn’t fit to their guidelines .Not going back silly shop. Good customer service tho.
Was looking at fish up stairs two ladys behind counter politely told me to go down stairs to counter the Lady at counter politely sent me back up said she would send assistance to top, for me to get bad attitude off a young lass, pretty with make up cool hair, saying I've been here all time little miss attitude has a problem ! She had a right face on her ! Looked at me like I was daft . Won't be coming back .
Had to write a review for Gemma. Twice now we have been in and had problems finding what we were looking for. Hedgehog biscuits and fish food. Gemma was on hand both times to help us out. For the hedgehog biscuits they didn’t have any in stock but Gemma said we could order some in. They arrived within 48 hours. Took 5 minutes to do. For fish food , they didn’t have any on shelf so we found Gemma and she remembered that they had just come in in that days order so problem solved again. Many thanks Gemma keep up the good work.
This store is great. It’s right in the centre of the Clifton Moor shopping centre so it’s not hard to find. They sell a wide range of live animals including, hamsters, gerbils, Guinea pigs and rats. The staff are very helpful with helping you find things or answering any questions you may have. I’ve purchased many fish from here who have lived a long and happy life. They sell many fish in their aquatic centre including goldfish, guppies and molly’s - so lots to choose from. They offer a click and collect service so you can order in advance and go pick it up within an hour which is really good for those with not much time on their hands.
I bought a new fish tank & some fish. Really friendly staff with helpful advice on how to look after them. Really like the fish points system as it helps work out how many fish you can have in your tank. Great selection of plants (live or fake) & decorations
