   This establishment is truly remarkable, showcasing an impressive and diverse array of fish! As soon as I stepped inside, I was enveloped by a nostalgic atmosphere, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of a delightful older gentleman who took the time to assist me upon my arrival. The staff's profound knowledge of aquatic life was unmistakably evident, and I was particularly impressed by the pristine health of the fish swimming in the tanks. It was a joy to encounter such a wide variety of exotic species, each more captivating than the last! On a separate note, I took the initiative to email the team regarding a specific fish species I was interested in. They promptly replied, indicating they would follow up with additional information. Unfortunately, I never received a subsequent response. Nevertheless, this minor setback will not deter me from returning in the future. I would, however, recommend that one of the younger members of the team take charge of managing your social media platforms to enhance engagement. I genuinely wish this fantastic place were located closer to my residence! Thank you all for providing such a wonderful experience!

   Have visited this shop on three occasions and found the staff friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a purchased item, and this was dealt with satisfactory. This is a well stocked shop, and is worthy of any awards it receives. Will be definitely returning.
