This is the first time I have ever left my dog's. I was not sure at first has one of my dogs it very unpredictable but they was amazing with both of them.when I picked them up both of them had been bathed and was very clean. I would definitely be using them again and I do recommend them for anybody that is unsure about leaving your pet. Thank you again
I wouldn't go anywhere else my spaniel is challenging and after speaking to staff I felt so at ease going on my holiday. Going to get them today there was no glazed eyes as they have had previously there behaviour is remarkable and they are very tired Excellent service would definitely recommend.

First experience of putting my rescue dog in kennels but we used to use Hartley wood many years ago for our family dogs. Was a bit worried about him in case he totally shut down. However, after initially being told he was a bit worried, he settled in ok and, when I picked him up he was pretty relaxed and happy.
Our cat has boarded a few times now at Hartley Wood and been very well looked after. Its clear the owners care a lot about all the animals, I feel very confident leaving Martha in the care of Malcom. Would definitely recommend.

We have been with Debbie for a number of years. It was for both Lou lou and Jack. Sadly we lost Lou lou during covid, but Jack (our little terrior or terror) is our baby. We have suddenly encountered an emergency due to a serious accident abroad in the last few days. I called Debbie and she immediately asked how she can help us with Jack. She is taking him on for time while we are away. Debbie and her family are brilliant and I cannot thank her enough at this really tough time. My dog has been to these kennels before and was very happy, so we took her again. She obviously was at ease with the owners, but unfortunately came home very thin due to an error. They were feeding her based on information on her registration form from when she was a bit younger( 3 cups), which my husband signed at that time. We verbally updated the increase in the amount of food she now has,( 4 to 5 cups ) stating we usually just keep her food bowl topped up as she's not a greedy dog. For whatever reason this was not followed or recorded. I could not recommend this kennel .
