The pharmacist even game a blood pressure test which led to the dr putting me in tablets for high blood pressure , which they would have never known if i hadn’t had the pharmacist take my reading.”

“From calling, to brining in our cat, and having to have her put to sleep, Minster vets were exemplary. We were ushered into a consulting room as soon as we arrived and given private time with our cat Lulu to say goodbye. The process although heartbreaking could not have been more gentle comfortable, and considerate for Lulu and us. She left us peacefully. Minster vets had treated Lulu for 15 years; and when we feel up to having another pet they will look after that one too. Thank you. Must also mention the hand written sympathy card that arrived a few days later from the surgery. What a lovely gesture.”

“Just moved to Morley and needed my dog to be seen by a vet due to lameness. I picked Beechwood purely on reviews as I want the best care for my baby. They did not disappoint! Chaos is a large breed, there was no judgement, only kindness, consideration and efficiency. Thank you for making us feel welcome and getting him booked in at another branch quickly for xrays. I'll definitely recommend and use for all my 13 animals!! Chaos says thank you for his treat at reception :)”

“First time having our patterdale terrier done at a professional groomers. She’s nearly 4yrs old. So glad we chose groomingdales. She’s usually quiet a nervous dog. After reading previous reviews we decided to try her. We we’re so pleased with how she looked when we picked her up. They did an excellent job. “This is a very good dog grooming company. They are the only people my Golden Retriever would allow to cut his hair, clean or groom him (Other than my father and myself). They are reasonably priced and friendly. Was great for Xmas and special occasions when he needed to look his best. He has sadly passed now but I do plan on taking our 2 Jack Russell Terriers to them when they need to be pampered pooches. 5 Star Establishment.”

“Amazing service, amazing people! I have trouble obtaining my medication due to a manufacture and supply issue and found (after phoning lots of pharmacies throughout south and west Yorkshire!) that this pharmacy had one box in stock. I drove over and collected it and got talking the with the pharmacist (a very polite and helpful gentleman) and he said they may be getting stock of my correct dose (as opposed to the new dose I was on and having problems with). Fast forward a couple of days, I received a voicemail from the gentleman to call him back at the pharmacy. He had called to inform me that they can obtain the correct dose and can call me when it arrives in stock and that I can have my future prescriptions sent there if I wish. Unbelievable kindness, so helpful, and wonderful. Just 10 out of 10! Also to mention the politeness shown by the other staff in the pharmacy is 10 out of 10 too! Thank you to everyone at the pharmacy for your help and kindness. Bless you all.”

“I have been boarding my two German Shepherds here since they were pups, sadly we lost one last year to cancer but we still take his brother who will be 10 years old this year. They are absolutely brilliant with him. We have moved out of the area but will continue to make the 2 hour journey for as long as he lives, because I have total peace of mind. If we get more doggies in the future, we would definitely use boothwood kennels.”
