“Ideal location for our needs visiting family in York. Decent sized room with very comfortable beds. The shower room smelled fusty (as it did on a previous visit. I think it's a drain issue). Good buffet breakfast with a good choice of hot food. Free parking.”

“I went to animal planet pet shop in Leeds on Thursday because I Was looking for some top quality Coldwater fish and reading the reviews on the business The reviews was very good The services that the lady gave was very good and made me feel welcome I bought a orange oranda the same day not only was it in top quality condition but it has the best personality of all my fish in my aquarium I would recommend anybody looking to buy coldwater or tropical fish or just pet supplies in general to visit the store”

“The receptionists were very pleasant and welcoming. The waiting room was nice and clean and I felt safe in there. The vet listened to my concerns about my cat and genuinely seemed to care about her. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I feel my precious cat is safe in their hands I came away from the surgery feeling much happier than when I arrived there.”

“We took our dogs for their boosters yesterday. Receptionist was lovely, so kind and helpful and the vet was just amazing. We usually go to Pontefract but were unable to book an appointment online to decided to try Normanton instead. So glad we did. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!”

“I take my 1 year old cat to Chantry Vets every 3 months now for weighing and his flea treatment. It is always clean and tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. My cat seems to like the vet we see (which is more than can be said for other people) and we have seen the same one since he was 14 weeks old. He is very good with him and it amazes me every time that he doesn't hiss or scratch. It is a lovely feeling to know that he is growing and developing as he should and that there are no issues, it gives me peace of mind.”

“Staff are friendly and has all the essentials. It seems like there isn't enough stock out but I found everything I need (DIY/paint/cleaning essentials). Sale items are located near the tills. Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.”
