“A small Boots pharmacy branch with a team of friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and plastic screens have been installed on the tills to protect customers and the staff. I've always had a positive experience whenever I've been in to collect a prescription.”

“Staff are friendly and has all the essentials. It seems like there isn't enough stock out but I found everything I need (DIY/paint/cleaning essentials). Sale items are located near the tills. Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.”

“Lidl is my favourite discount shop because they have a bakery section, and the app is good to play with to get extra discounts, and you sometimes get a free gift. Shop is very clean and tidy with friendly staff.”

“A really convenient supermarket right in the city centre. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great variety of groceries, fresh food, and essentials. I love the Market Kitchen – plenty of hot food options cooked fresh, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are helpful, and it’s easy to pop in if you’re shopping in town. Gets busy sometimes, but overall a great spot!”

“A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”

“I visited because I needed some milk to put into my coffee due to the milk i have delivered being "stolen" When I entered the place on my right was an abundance of plants and flowers, I walked straight past them. Heading down between the various vegetables on offer and across the walkway I approached the fridges and finally found the milk I was looking for. Finally! I thought. On my way towards the till areas I noticed some milk i hadn't tried for a while, full cream jersey milk. I promptly put the orginal milk in had picked up, back into it's original place, picked up the jersey and began my journey home after paying for the milk. When I got home, my milk order hadn't in fact been stolen, it was delivered to the wrong house. So I've gone from no milk to A bottle of jersey 4 pints of vitamin D milk And 4 litres of fresh orange. “We are currently moving house and I have walked past this store at The Springs so many times but saw them on line, so we went to buy lamps and a beautiful rug for our new house. We saw exactly what we wanted and were able to really see how nice it was then ordered online for delivery later this week. Great choice and would definitely recommend.”
