“A really convenient supermarket right in the city centre. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great variety of groceries, fresh food, and essentials. I love the Market Kitchen – plenty of hot food options cooked fresh, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Staff are helpful, and it’s easy to pop in if you’re shopping in town. Gets busy sometimes, but overall a great spot!”

“I visited because I needed some milk to put into my coffee due to the milk i have delivered being "stolen" When I entered the place on my right was an abundance of plants and flowers, I walked straight past them. Heading down between the various vegetables on offer and across the walkway I approached the fridges and finally found the milk I was looking for. Finally! I thought. On my way towards the till areas I noticed some milk i hadn't tried for a while, full cream jersey milk. I promptly put the orginal milk in had picked up, back into it's original place, picked up the jersey and began my journey home after paying for the milk. When I got home, my milk order hadn't in fact been stolen, it was delivered to the wrong house. So I've gone from no milk to A bottle of jersey 4 pints of vitamin D milk And 4 litres of fresh orange. “A small Boots pharmacy branch with a team of friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and plastic screens have been installed on the tills to protect customers and the staff. I've always had a positive experience whenever I've been in to collect a prescription.”

“Great service. Had flu jab and COVID offered same day. Great for general advice on drugs etc and very patient with telephone enquiries as they're always busy there. Always no probs with correct meds request.”

“Having tried unsuccessfully to obtain a prescription from 5 different pharmacies, Batley Pharmacy staff went out of their way to order it for me. It was delivered late afternoon and I collected it just after 6pm. Such a bonus they staff open until 10.30pm! The pharmacist also gave me a follow-up call to check the medication was as prescribed as it was an unusual dosage. Very pleased with this service, thank you.”

“A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”

“We are currently moving house and I have walked past this store at The Springs so many times but saw them on line, so we went to buy lamps and a beautiful rug for our new house. We saw exactly what we wanted and were able to really see how nice it was then ordered online for delivery later this week. Great choice and would definitely recommend.”

“We had an unplanned stay having been stuck in traffic for 7 hours. We arrived late in the evening. A lovely chap called Cain helped me book a room. His service was impressive. He was welcoming and friendly. An asset to Travel lodge. Clean room , comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.”

Rang here and not only did they have it but they made my prescription up for me in advance of me arriving and when I got there it was a quick service. I’d rang around lots of pharmacies and these were the friendliest on the phone and were able to provide what I needed. 5*”

“I phoned several times in one day to ask if my mother’s doctor had prescribed urgent medication. Each time I phoned the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. When I then visited to collect the drugs, the pharmacy was very very busy but the staff were polite, organised and very helpful in the way they interacted with the doctor, due to an error in the prescription. Rather than just send me away with no medication, before I arrived they had already contacted the doctor and started to arrange a new prescription. Very much appreciated and helpful. The mistake on the prescription was not the fault of the pharmacy and when they spotted it they went above and beyond to find a solution, when their ship was already very busy and they had lots to attend to.”

“I was told by Boots Trinity branch they didn’t have my prescription in error so I visited here in case my GP sent it to the wrong Boots Pharmacy. Angeline was extremely helpful and went out of her way to call through to Trinity, ensuring my prescription was released to this branch so I could get my medication there and then without having to go back to Trinity and queue up again. Thank you for your help and a pleasant interaction. Great customer service.”

“Can’t recommend the cafe in this garden centre highly enough. My granddaughter never fails to clean her plate when we bring her here for lunch - the food is always freshly cooked and of the highest quality. The staff are friendly and polite - we visited today and had a toddler and a frail elderly pensioner in a wheel chair- there was no tables free on the lower floor and we thought we were going to have to try and man handle my father out of his wheel chair and onto the mezzanine - Keren came to our rescue and instantly made room for us in a more accessible spot - I can’t thank her enough she was so kind and considerate . She is a credit to her employers and I know this can’t one off as she has offered help on the past when we’ve been struggling. This kind of service is the reason we make the trip regularly from Mexborough - not an easy journey but the service is worth it !!! Love the garden centre too!”
