   The best customer service ever- they went above and beyond to help with my issue of my puppy chewing through the electric bath wiring the bath 3 years old but there technical guy assisted us via WhatsApp and photos so we could order replacement part. The bath was back working within the week. Many thanks for all your help.

   Have bought some expensive scissors that arrived blunt returned special delivery asap Now being told not quick enough although returned within the legal time of 14 days .It should not be the time taken but the reason why they have been returned, unusable and blunt. Customer service is zero but I am now going to take it further. I would not recommend using this company at all

   Ordered things from crufts and they have been a nightmare! Lost my order form, made me run around looking for receipt, promised next Day delivery and they messed up my address even though I gave it to them 4 times!!! Great product shoddy customer service!

   I bought a dog/dryer blaster. Didn’t work - wouldn’t power up. Sent it back and they have ignored all my phone calls and emails since which is now over a month ago. No machine and over £150 out of pocket! Absolutely disgrace. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!
