Awful staff asked for 3 filter coffee they said it's closed for the day this was 2 hours before store closing time. We went to Gregg's to purchase our coffee lot cheaper and better.
How HOT do they make the sandwiches. 20 minutes later and its still too hot to eat! Scolding. Its a service station. Haven't got time to wait 30 minutes for food to cool down before eat it without scolding taste buds
5*s is not enough! I’ve visited this pret a number of times with family and the manager Gordon is brilliant - great customer service and great craic too. Their flat whites are excellent and pastries/cookies always fresh. (From the crazy Northern Irish ladies)
If I could give 100/10 for service, it wouldn’t be enough. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the wonderful gentleman who provided me with my sandwich and cup of tea today but I’d love to thank him again for his joyful attitude and service. What an absolute delight he is— Smiling woman
