   Never normally leave reviews but wow - Dunelm, if your staff are sick don't force them to come in!! I was greeted at the tills by a very very miserable woman who seemed completely dismayed at having to serve me. Barely even a hi.. dirty look.. then proceeded to cough her guts up all over me, my bag and my purchase. Not just a little cough, a rattly, phlegmy, eyes streaming cough. As disrespectful and disgusting as I found it, I couldn't help but feel sorry for her as she seemed very ill and should be at home in bed. Really really off putting and I now feel like I need to go home and disinfect myself and the bag of XMAS stuff. Hope the girl feels better soon

   Such a small shop, been in a couple of times to see if they had bits I needed while shopping at the springs. They always never have anything I go in for. The staff also put pressure on you to leave when closing isn't for another 15 minutes

   Went into The Springs branch of Dunelm in Leeds. Service was fantastic, NK,was brilliant. I asked her a question and she told me what she knew. She then looked up some more information and came to find me in the store to let me know more. All the staff were brilliant. Friendly and very welcoming.

   We are currently moving house and I have walked past this store at The Springs so many times but saw them on line, so we went to buy lamps and a beautiful rug for our new house. We saw exactly what we wanted and were able to really see how nice it was then ordered online for delivery later this week. Great choice and would definitely recommend.

   Not the biggest of venues but still a wide range of products. Wheelchair friendly Plenty of free parking Situated in a large shopping complex (still expanding). Usual range of products you can expect from this chain. Didn't wait long even on a busy weekend and seemed to be Plenty of staff to assist if required. Well worth a trip Thank you.

   Got nothing but bad to say about the customer experience for dunhelm. Bought new curtains for our new home back in April The curtains were handed to us by dunhelm sales assistant and thought nothing about it, After finishing our house renovations we finally got round to hanging the curtains only to find out when we opened them that one pair was eyelet the other was pencil pleat. We explained the situation with dunhelm customer services but was told it was over the 28 days for returns so could not help us. We needed the curtains so we ordered them to pick up from the store, when we arrived they said they didn't have that size in stock but we could travel to the other side of leeds to the other store as they had them in stock, guess wot when we got there they also dint have them in stock, fuming by now. We was told we can order them for delivery but they could not give a specific day, so now we just have to hope we are at home and not at work when they're delivered, MOST DEFINITELY THE MOST INCOMPETENT STORE IVE EVER SHOPPED IN AND MOST DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I SHOP THERE. RANT OVER
