Was a great visit with my Cane Corso X she is really nervous and trying to socialise all staff really good. People very understanding and fussed her great experience.

Staff are very polite and helpful but lost my dogs food when I ordered it online.
Nice place to get all your pets needs looking at or sorting. They have an app where you can get some nice discounts. Plus you can set up delivery for things like food.
We visited the store today and unfortunately our 15 week old puppy had an accident in the store. It was her first trip there. Just want to give some feedback about Fin. He was brilliant with us and our Labrador puppy. He made me feel at ease and was so friendly, he even cleaned up the mess when I offered to. He also advised us well about dog crates and ordered this for us online. Thanks so much Fin..there should be more people like you!
we called in here to buy some parts we had miss placed for the hamster cage I asked the assistant but they re not sold separately but she went off to the store room and found some spares and gave them to us. Amazing customer service.
First time using the Grooming Room and it certainly won't be the last. They girls were lovely warm, friendly, gentle and just lovely with my dog
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The store is always clean and tidy. Staff are always on hand to answer any queries.
Shop re vamp is poor. Lanes are too small. Can't turn around with a trolly, god forbid someone's already where you need to be. Will only go in as a last resort now.
We adopted the cutest little hamster from here and we couldn't be happier. Ellie who helped us was fantastic and helped get us all we needed and we now have a lovely new addition to the family. I love that they have an adoption section now.
