   One rude member of staff named Angela served us at the colne store today. We had some free product coupons on our P@H app. She was very unprofessional calling another member of staff over and shouted, "just to let you know these are getting the products free". Her tone of voice was awful. Angela then pushed the free products towards us and gave us a dirty look! We have now deleted the app and will never return to this store again. Angela needs to go back to customer service training. I have spoken to the manager on the phone and have been told she will "have a word with her".

   I called into Pets At Home in Colne yesterday and wanted to commend the lovely man who served me, for his attentiveness and genuine regard for customer care. I had unknowingly picked up a dusty box of food and he sought out a cloth to wipe it down before then offering to go through my Pets At Home app to ensure I was using all the offers available to me(I’m hopeless with such things) thus saving me about £3.50 more than I’d expected. I didn’t get his name but he was tall with dark hair and glasses. Thank you!

   Monthly subscription for flea treatment for my cat, this has happened more than once the order arrives 2/3 weeks after her flea due date. Really bad service, and tracking not available for the other, will be cancelling my flea order and taking my money elsewhere!

   If you have an aquarium. Don't follow staffs advice as 100 per cent solid. A few have no idea what they waffling on about just as long as PaH gets a sale. Do your own research as they knowledge is everything as wellnas power. I use them for fish food. Live plants, yet wash them with warm water and leave isolated in case of snails. I loathe snails. Some good deals on other items if you look around. Friendly staff and will do water parameter check of you ask nicely for nothing. Nice store. Nice staff. Good variety of fish.

   1st visit here to see the Vet's situated on the next level, I had to walk up a long flight of stairs, caught my breath once at the top. Pleasant reception area with ample seating for clients/animals. The receptionist was lovely, I didn't wait long to see the vet with my pre appointment, I brought my x2 Male cat's for Pre-Op consultation. Everything explained well & I also left with a price list for future services on offer at the practice, & info for the op. I did struggle to find parking nearby, but because it's peak Xmas shop time, I had to park far away. There is a very large car park as is lot's of other retail outlets at the retail park too, & petrol station. Vet's is easy to get to, straight off the M65, then 5 mins over roundabouts.

   We've given up going . Its not been good last few times we took our dog. Never see the same vet , receptionists ignore you for ages. And the poor dog was terrified on the last visit some person didnt control their dog and Coco was traumatised.
