Our fur baby tabby stayed here again recently and she was very well looked after by Shauna and the team. They are a lovely team and gave regular updates on how tabby was which helped put our minds at rest. Highly recommend!!
Our cat spent a week at the Gables and we can tell he absolutely loved it by the pictures we received. The staff are committed to looking after the cats with genuine care, courtesy and love. We were able to leave his favourite toys, bed and scratching post ensuring a home from home experience. I cannot recommend Shauna and her team highly enough. They clearly love and understand cats and have lots of experience. This is the first place we have found that look after our cats to the standard we want for them.
5 star Hilton for cats! Immaculately clean and our 7 month old rag doll Stanley was looked after so well. Such lovely people who genuinely care about animals. I would 100% recommend the Gables.
Shauna is very helpful. Very quick response to enquiries. Sadly the cattery was booked up l, but Shauna helped by directing us to another cattery. Highly recommended on customer service.
We had never used a cattery before and was worried how well our cat would be, especially as we were away for a few weeks. No problems whatsoever, from booking to collection. Friendly owners and well-run site gave us a lot of reassurance. End result, one happy cat. We plan to return again.

Shauna is such a wonderful lady. After searching the internet for someone to look after my cats I stumbled across Shaunas website and had a chat with her over the phone about my worries and concerns. She was really down to earth and sweet and after looking at her cattery I knew my cats would be happy in her care. They stayed with her for over 5 weeks and were happy and healthy. Shauna sent me pictures and videos when I asked her even though she must have been so busy. I know my cats will be happy to go and stay with her in the future and I will only be using Shauna’s cattery should i go on holiday again. If I could give her 100 stars I would. This is such a lovely, local, family run business in which you can tell the staff take extreme pride. Their facilities are modern and clean and the people there are great with the cats and make visits uniquely personal, while making sure your cat is comfortable. It's lovely to see this business continue to be an essential staple in the Soothill/Batley fabric.
