   My cat was at Smart Cats for 4 months due to building works at our house. It was so hard to be away from him, but I was reassured from the start that Linda and the team would take good care of him. The team are friendly and so accommodating. I needed to extend his stay a few times and Linda always responded to me quickly and was able to sort it for us. I loved getting the daily photos, and the videos of him being petted really helped me to know that he was doing ok. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much all.

   Our house cat Patsy had her first stay at Smart Cats Cattery earlier this year whilst we completed some work on our house. Our usual cattery was closed and we found Smart Cats after scouring the local area for a suitable replacement. The team at Smart Cats were fantastic and took such good care of Patsy. She's very shy and doesn't take to new people or places very readily so we were a little nervous about leaving her. We received daily updates and photographs which was a welcome gesture and reassured us that she was doing just fine. The cattery is modern, well laid out and spotlessly clean. The staff are kind, caring and clearly love the kitties in their care. For these reasons we would highly recommend Smart Cats. Patsy just returned from her second stay and is a very happy kitty indeed!

   We used Smart Cats for the first time when our usual Cattery was fully booked. I can say without doubt we will not be using any other catteries in future. Smart Cats were brilliant, they listened and followed our requests regarding dietary requirements. The daily updates were so welcomed and made us feel comfortable that our cat wasn’t just penned and ignored. He was clearly happy during his stay. The facilities are clean and spacious with beautiful views for each cat. We would recommend Smart Cats to anyone looking for a safe, caring environment for their cat to stay.

   When our previous cattery of 15 years closed down we had to find another one. We were recommended Smart Cats Cattery and are so delighted that we did. Fabulously large individual cages..though they are not cages at all more like little houses...with many different levels. Cherry was a little scared at first about staying in a new environment but we were assured she would soon settle down. Daily photos were messaged to me so I could see how chilled out she was. I can thoroughly recommend Smart Cats Cattery as your pet will be lovingly looked after whilst you are away. Cherry will be returning next month for another stay.

   We have been using Smart Cats Cattery for several years for our cat when we go away and we have always been very happy with the service they supply and the care they give our cat. They have lots of different rooms and some of them have a wonderful view out over the farm and as our cat likes to spend most of his time on our windowsill at home looking out over the farmers field, he feels right at home at Smart Cats. The rooms have lots of climbing and hiding spots to keep the cats entertained and you can bring your own toys to keep them entertained as well. We bring our own food as he's on a special diet and it's never a problem and he is always well looked after. Mark the owner is a very nice chap and really easy to talk to and you can tell that he genuinely cares for the animals that he is looking after. We often get images on WhatsApp of Solo (our cat) either lounging in the sunshine or having a play and a stroke which helps to put your mind at rest when you are away on holiday. When it's time to come and pick Solo up when we get home, hes never in a rush to leave and we often have to bundle him into his carrier against his wishes so he obviously loves it there, its like his own little holiday away from the noise of our kids. I can't overstate how happy we are with Smart Cats and we will be using their services every time as long as he can squeeze us in.
