We were very nervous and a little anxious about this but after our meet and greet with these lovely people we were put at our ease. They took the time with bucket loads of patience to get to know Willows likes and dislikes,daily routine,feeding schedules etc and to actually get to know Willow whilst in their home and during a walk around their amazing farm and fields. When it came to the day we left Willow they met us with a reassuring handover which helped us immensely along with videos of Willow and friends having the time of their lives. I will have no hesitation in the future to ask Fiona and James to take care of our precious bundle again and highly recommend their services.Thank you for helping to make what was a difficult day that much easier. My little lad Trigger is a typical terrier, who can be reactive around me, but he loves his walks with Ryan and Miranda and it is so lovely to see him strutting up the path with his tail up, ready for his adventures with the other dogs. Ryan and Miranda are so flexible with timings/changes and go above and beyond the call of duty – including making sure he is cleaned off when he has rolled in fox poo! and even helping with some training with Trigger’s behaviourist. I can’t recommend them enough!”
