“WOW! If i could give 20 stars i would! After waiting two weeks, our incredibly nervous dog being muzzled, my partner and i not allowed in the room and shaved all over with no results at a popular vets, Sam was absolutely amazing! Got us in the same day, she did everything to relax our dog and it worked, i really have never seen Klara so chilled in any situation with someone she has never met. No shaving. Sam was so thorough and knowledgeable, showing us all the heart beats and where the puppies are positioned. Knowing that this is the first litter and i am nervous myself, she even managed to calm me and gave great tips! Having three female dogs, i will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank her enough! Do not waste money at any vets, go straight here!”

“What an incredible service! Christmas day and I was brought down by a nasty chest infection. Out of hours GP issued antibiotics and instructed me to go to Asda pharmacy to collect, although they were not open when I arrived. I searched Google for an open pharmacy to no avail when my dad came across these guys. I rang My Pharmacy online and he informed me that they were covering a couple of local care homes today but weren't open in general. He asked me if I was struggling to find another pharmacy and when I confirmed I was, he offered to deliver the medication needed direct to my door so long as I sent a copy of the issued prescription before doing so. This young man drove from his home in Leeds to do this, he went above and beyond today to help me out and I am ever so grateful. They take their job very seriously and genuinely appear to care about their customers. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

When Gareth arrived he didn't rush us and told us to take as much time as we needed before he took Izzy on her final journey. Gareth brought Izzy's ashes back to us the next day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an excellent caring service at such a sad and difficult time.”

After vets 4 pets and jollyes both made errors and caused me distress, Greenwood and Brown slotted me in within an hour, saw my pup, explained all of my concerns, gave her 2nd vaccinations and ive never felt in such good hands. She went above and beyond to ensure our daughter got the medication she needed. Will be using boots as our pharmacist from here on”
