   Contacted as my dog Daisy can be quite difficult to groom and has had previous bad experience, the staff are all so friendly and patient with Daisy, offered meet and greets to make sure she is comfortable and provide a detailed debrief after and how we move forward. So very happy with the service and I don’t think 5 stars is enough just based on how accommodating they are!

   We met Gareth today when collecting our cat Rufus. After long trip from Crete to Newcastle he drove him down to Birmingham, Rufus was so calm when we collected him, not stressed at all. Gareth was really friendly, trustworthy and kept us updated on his journey so we could meet on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much! He’s now settling in nicely at home.

   Thank you so much for the kind. caring and compassionate way you looked after Izzy when she crossed the rainbow bridge. It was a great comfort to us. When Gareth arrived he didn't rush us and told us to take as much time as we needed before he took Izzy on her final journey. Gareth brought Izzy's ashes back to us the next day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an excellent caring service at such a sad and difficult time.

He looks & smells amazing and was so relaxed when he got home for the rest of the day, after negative experiences I've had with other groomers within the area I was reluctant to try another but upon recommendation I thought I'd give you a try and I'm more the happy with the outcome.    Just got back with our Cockapoo Ronnie after a really bad experience with another groomers we were all nervous. But we just want to say a huge Thank you he looks and smells amazing!!
